Dr. Stephen Luther

Dr. Stephen Luther is a board-certified internal medicine specialist with a focus on primary care. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University Medical School and completed his residency in internal medicine at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Before relocating to Hilton Head Island in 2007, he practiced internal medicine and served as Director of Perioperative Medicine at Kendrick Memorial Hospital/St. Francis Hospital in Mooresville, Indiana.

On Hilton Head, Dr. Luther has served as Medical Director of the Cardiac Rehab Program at Beaufort Memorial Hospital and is a member of the American College of Physicians. As founder of Symbios Health, he is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care that enhances wellness and improves quality of life.

Christopher Madison, MD

Dr. Madison is a board-certified family medicine physician. He earned his BS in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina and his MD from East Carolina University, followed by a residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Before joining Symbios Health, he practiced primary care in Okatie, SC, and Shelby, NC. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Bryce White, PA-C

Bryce White, PA-C, is a physician assistant dedicated to providing patient-centered care. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University. Before joining Symbios Health, Bryce gained broad medical experience at Candler County Hospital.

Lisa Mazeika, PA-C

Lisa Mazeika, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 30 years of experience across multiple specialties. A graduate of King’s College, she began her career in open heart surgery, later spent a decade in gynecological care, and for the past 18 years has focused on family medicine. Her areas of expertise include pediatrics, women’s health, hypertension, and cardiac care.

Celeste Welsh, FNP

Celeste Welsh, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than a decade of healthcare experience. She began her career after graduating from Miami University of Ohio and later earned her certification as an FNP. Celeste has extensive experience in both hospital and clinical settings and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Kelly Ruckno

Kelly Ruckno is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of nursing experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. At Symbios Health, Kelly provides comprehensive, family-focused care to patients of all ages and works closely with Dr. Luther in primary care.

Deborah Luther, MSN, FNP-BC

Deborah Luther, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, women’s health, and medical aesthetics. She has more than 30 years of nursing and healthcare experience and is dedicated to providing compassionate, detail-oriented care to her patients.
